The Author, Dr. Drs. I Wayan Ana, M.Hum, is a lecturer at Warmadewa University Denpasar, Indonesia teaching Theory and Practice of Translation and Interpreting. In addition to his job, he is also very active in translating legal documents for court evidence, such as lawsuits, power of attorneys, etc., and private instruments, such as Certificates, contracts, agreements, unofficial documents, and notarial documents, such as sale agreement, mortgage, prenuptial agreement, loan agreement, and many others. Having experience in doing and running such activities since 1988 and relevant to his study in Doctoral Program concentrating on legal document translation, he compiled this practical legal terminology dictionary to assist other translators in finding equivalence of legal terminology. This practical dictionary will be updated regularly to comply with the closest equivalence of the legal terminology
